I want to post some picture to show that I am actually building it.

I did things a bit different...
I ended up using a thredless stearing head for the fron, just because that was the BMX fork I could find.
I made the standoffs for the rear axle a bit wider so I COULD just bolt through.
I just welded the entire bolt head to the center standoff, my welding isn't good enough to just do the threaded rod thing..
I used MUCH lighter Pillow blocks. Probably HALF the wight of the Iron ones, and less $$ also.
I put a Gusset on each side of the front Arm weld with JB Weld as that is the ONE critical failure point. If that one fails it will be a nose-dive.
My welding is getting better, still ugly, but good penetration. I have tried to beat some of them apart to see what failed, it was not my welds.
Oh Yes... I DRILLED some standard Hubs to 3/4" and then put the axles in with TWO grade-8 bolts at right angles. We will see how they survive after everything else is done and we start riding.I am now waiting on the Hubs to be machined so I can put those on and have brakes. As I put in a BIG motor to begin with, the pedals are not as important as really good brakes.

I went with a 2KW Phoenix Cruiser motor and a Kelly 48V 100A controller. This trike will start with AGM batteries as I can't afford another LiPo pack...
