Is there a way to take a Marauder and convert it into a trike? I notice the body is similar and didn't know if the main differences would be the back end.

Do you already have one you want to convert? If not, the StreetFox plans are the best way to start.
Originally, the Marauder was a LWB trike when I fist made it, but it had roll issues.

...so on the subject, could the SF be lowered similar to the, say, TerraTrike?

Looking at the TT website, it would seem that the StreetFox has about the same seat height.

I guess it just looked lower. Maybe the different sized wheels? Dunno. It was really low at the store. And tons of fun!

It may be just a tad lower than the Streetfox, but at first it appears a lot lower because the BB is higher on the TT.

You could certainly make it lower, but a second idler might be needed at the rear of the frame behind the seat. Leg clearance might also become an issue.
