No problem!
Stick with the design - use only steel tubing, 48 hole rims, 3/4 axles, and you will have the perfect exersice machine and utility trike.
You may need to support the rear of the seat if you use the boat seat. A simple 1.25 inch diameter tube up the back would do it.

Thanks brad, the box tubr I have is very simaler to the tube you have specified, the onlw difrence is mine is painted with weld through primer.
whell , my piont is that my freind doesnt think the frame ov"OVERKILL" will be strong enough(My "OVERKILL") Without extra support run under the spine of the frame.

How does that weld through primer work? Save a lot of sanding/grinding?

If I were using a tru mig or tig welder it eould save me alot of sanding and grinding.the main benifit I see is that during the build it helps prevent rust for thos as slow on the build as me.:D

That 2 inch square tubing is heavier than what I found on a Dodge Neon - I think you will be fine!
