Bizarre French rail bike

This link goes to a site (http://frogsmoke.com/2008/02/07/pedal-vehicle-for-traversing-abandoned-monorailway/)showing a rail bike built to travel on the abandoned Aerotrain track in France (the Aerotrain was an attempt to provide high speed rail travel using hovercraft-style trains to minimize rolling resistance).
