Well I recently finished my tadpole that you can see in the pictures here its the yelow one. Was alot of fun to assemble. My question now is my father is coming to visit soon and have aquired most of the parts to make a delta wolf but I am still missing the idler for the chain. Can somone here either link some info or provide some insight. I have just a few weeks to assemble this and get it going for my dad before he leaves and so dont have alot of time to tinker with diferent idlers. Any input would be apreciated:)

Racer can I ask about why you chose to build the tad ?
I'm still trying to decide which 3 wheeler to build.

1st thanks for the links there. I beleieve I am going to place an order shortly for a couple of different idlers so can play with the different designs. Ok now the the question on why I picked the tad. I personally think it looks cool. I could have built either. It didnt have anything to do with how hard to get supplys etc. Having said that and having built the tad I would be inclind to say that both have chalenges that are different. With the tad I spent ALOT of time getting the downtubes on the front even and angled correctly not to mention a little luck thrown in. I think on the delta its going to be getting the rear axle brake and gears set up thats going to require a bit of attention. Either way I would say hop to it:) I really do get alot of folks looking at my bike and wanting to know just where to buy one cause it is such a different design then most bikes out there. I like the attention and get exercise to boot.

Wheel chair casters seem to work very well.
Come in sizes from 3 to 6 inch.
And so far after 6 weeks or so have not even seen any wear on mine.
Not even a chain groove yet so I would say they work excellent.
About the same cost as weight machine pulleys.
But think they are better built IMAO.
