DW builders, I just finished building one wheel for my DW. I bought my SS spokes and Sun Rhyno Lite Alum wheels from my local bike shop.
The hubs are built to AZ specs, and my spokes are exactly 10 3/8" long. The total cost for the spokes and wheels came to $154.01 The spokes were $00.50 each. They are going to true my wheels for $12.00 each including tax. One problem I found with the hubs were they are a little thick, not allowing for the spokes installed through the inside of the hub to make a smooth bend. I made deeper counter sinks and that allowed for my spokes to fit better. When I build another wheel I am going to mike a bicycle hub for the exact diameter and thickness. If I didn't already have my hubs painted, I would have them faced to a lesser thicknes. This would also true the hubs. I left one inch of axle sticking outside the hub. The cycle shop said this would allow them to use their equipment to better true the wheel. This can be cut off, or just left. I will post photos when I finish the other wheel. Gil
