A non-powered, pull only trailer constructed for an upright bike, with a cargo area of 18" x 36". Built to allow the parking of my 1994 Ford Ranger (207K M) for: 1. taking my 9 yo to school (.5M) 2. Work (8.6M) 3. Feed Store (3.3M).

I plan to use the top half of the seat tube so that I can adjust the fit on my seat post for 'no play'. The wheel is 14MM axle, 48 spoke, 110 psi.

Looks identical to the rear triangle I used. Are you going to bother shortening the stays? I probably would have left them, but wanted to show how it could be done.

Yes, I plan to shorten the stays. It's all about the looks! Actually I'm looking forward to gaining the experience by doing. I also plan to add a horizontal cross bar 24" long on the top bar, so I can attach my lights.

Can't say that about your use of the grinder, though.
