hey people. I've decided to go ahead with the build of the OVERKILL. but before I got started with the frame I decided to build my rear wheel first as this this looked the most difficult part. All I want now is some feedback as to what you all think. And feel free to post your own rims here too for us all to see.

Looks like a 68 spoke hub. Excellent mod. That's a lot of drilling!

nice work - I wonder how long it will be before we see an
overkill chopper in a lowrider show.

Even if your arch-enemy saw that rim, he'd have to compliment you! It's mesmerizing!:rolleyes4: Down right georgeous! First thing you need to do when you get the bike finished is take that rim out mudbogging! I wanna see pics of the first cleaning experience.
Thanks for the pic,
Chainy

Great work! A matching front wheel will fit in nicely. Here's one I took apart, painted, and reassembled:

You can get them here. They also sell a disc brake kit to adapt a rear wheel to a front wheel with a disc brake.

Im glad your all liking the bike. Gives me great confidence to tackle another one with some more radical touches. Me is thinking single sided rear end next on a car alloy wheel. But still using a moto bike tire like in this build. Watch this space peeps.

That's just great, man!
