Rear Derailleur: Shimano vs Falcon?

I've got my choice of rear derailleurs from two donor bikes. I'm sure they are both lower-end, but of the two, which is better quality, the Shimano SIS or the Falcon FIS?

I've used both, and had no problems with either. I have a Falcon on my DR, the same one I used on my quad for two years. I put close to 1000 miles on it, and it was from an old beat up donor bike.
