Low lux cameras

Hi,
Brad, where did you get your low lux camera(s)?
I think it said ebay in the book, but there is none there and the cheapest one I could find is roughly $150, and I think it said that urs was only about $20?

I get most of my cams from http://www.supercircuits.com

CCD is much better than CMOS. Super HAD is best for low light. Black and white cams are better for night vision with IR.
