I just got that from my stepson yesterday (also a cycle-commuter), and I forwarded it on to everyone on my mailing list, to everyone in the lab at work, and to the local bike club. I can't believe I forgot to post it here! Thanks for doing it for me.
When my wife watched it, she said, "What bear?" Then she watched it two more times. A friend of mine said he watched it twice just to see if they added the bear AFTER they asked you. Nope, it was there the first time. That's what's so freaky. For what it's worth, I didn't see it either, but I counted 13 passes exactly. But I missed the bear. Woot, now don't I feel like a moron. ;)
