Hi all,

I was looking at the video for the Wildkat, and it appears that there is a bit of overlap with the front wheel and the front of the foot when turning and the pedal is at full extension.

Is this a real feature of the frame or just an illusion in the video?

Thanks,

Darren

Hello,

It is probably a camera trick! I don't have that bike anymore, but I know there was a large margin of room between toe and tire.

That's what I was hoping.

I just got the plans and hope to start it this weekend. I'm finishing up a chopper for my daughter if I can get her off of it for a few minutes. It's a "rat rod" at the moment, bare metal, but all the kids in the neighborhood now want one. She wants it to be black and neon green, so I won't have to worry about her not being seen! I'm thinking about calling it "Huffy's Revenge", since it's made out of a 3speed Huffy granny bike.

Between coats of paint I hope to start cutting on the WildKat. I may take a few features from some of the others and put a suspension on the rear-end, but we'll see when I get there.
