Building some wheels for my glad and unable to find anything with 56 Spokes or 28 for that matter. where do i find a wheel to copy ? Seems that all the 20" bikes here are like 48 spoke. maybe I should make new hub washers ?

Yup but I bought an extra set of washers .. been contemplating drilling a new set. Also what are you guys paying for spokes ? local shops want a buck a piece for them. Any one know of an online source now that supergo is no more ?

You can use as many spoke holes as you like as long as they divide by two. Another way to get the rim drilling is to place some masking tape around the rim (end to end), remove it, then divide and mark the tape so you can place it back on the rim and punch the holes.

$1.00 per spoke is too much! I can get a new BMX wheel complete for less (only $30).

Yep, no issues.

I only wish I could have ordered by count rather than 36 at a time. Since the gladiator spoke count isn't divisible by 36, I will end up with some spares.
