work in progress... iv had the plans for some time and have been working on this since march. iv maid a few mods to suite time spent, make things a bit more fun and to make things a bit easier. i don't have many pics as i only took a few today.

the things that i have changed are...

the tie rod ends that were used in the plans are not that easy to come by so i used a set from a car, and worked out nicely, i used a seat from a berg type pedal cart, iv added a 2nd 7speed gear set in the middle to add a better gear rang (hope it works) of 105 gears, for the back wheels i had the machine shop make 2 plates to bolt on 20mm 6 bolt disc hubs that will be bolted by the disc mount on the hub(hope that works too), maid a dump truck type deck on the back so it can be used for landscaping and finally instead of having an adjustable 'bottum' bracket i maid it to suite my leg length. so thats what i have so far. will fill you in more as i get more done. here are some pics that i have at the moment.

ok, an update for the delta dumper. the dual rear gear set seems to be working ok so far, but dew to the vast angel on the chain between the middle and rear gear set a guide tube is needed, ether a short peace of pvc conduit or some flex pipe keep the chain inline with the top gear of the center gear set.

the rear hubs, i went with 2 front metal hubs and modified the opening to fit the shaft and now just have to weld them to the shaft to grip it.

the rear derailleur needs to have a short arm ether that of a racing bike or of a child mountain bike with the rollers close together.

iv posted 3 more pics on my bebo which the link is in my first post on here.
the pics are of the hubs, the derailleur ground clearance and of the overall trike.

also the bottom bracket will need to be readjusted for the middle gear set, so it needs to be at a steeper angle for the front derailleur to move with out being interfered with by the chain. thats what i have at the moment, the deck will be sorted tomorrow so that i can at least move stuff around with it till i have the box and canopy built for it.
