Does anyone remember the old Green Machine Big Wheel? It had the stick shift style steering. Two sticks. Move the right one forward and it turned right. Move the left, turn left. Of course that was rear wheel steering so it would be just the opposite. Has anyone tried this on any builds? Seems interesting to me. It could control gears and brakes from each.

I was too old to ride them but I remember seeing them in the neighborhood.

You can still buy them new in Oz, even have spare rear wheels for them too!
Don't know how they would handle the stresses of solid street riding though:scooter:

Maybe you could replace the plastic rear wheels with go-kart wheels to get rid of the horrible plastic sound the wheels make
