Depends on your price range. I like the velocity brand 20 inchers. Everybicycletire.com has a good selection of velocity rims.

Here's a good quality wheel at a reasonable price. They also come with 14mm axles for the same price, and are available in black and silver. This site often has them on sale for less than 20 bucks, I think they were $16 the last time I saw them on sale. The problem is, they're inconsistent with shipping. Sometimes they ship right away, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 weeks.

Here's one with the same rim, but a better hub with sealed bearings. This company ships quickly.

What are the costs to have a wheel assembled? Would it be costly to take my doner bikes front 26" wheel and have a 20" built from that hub?

To have a wheel built usually costs 40-50 bucks for labor, plus a rim and spokes. You'd be better off buying a ready made wheel, or building one yourself. It's not that difficult. Many of Brad's plans call for building your own wheels, and most of us have done it with no experience whatsoever.

Fully agree with TheKid. I did both for the first time last month, and glad I did! - I bought ready-made 20" wheels for front and lubed and tuned them, and I built 700C rears from purchased rims and spokes and home-made hub-axles. And I agree with OMO about Velocity rims at top. Go for it, you'll be glad you did.

And I'm a bit surprised to hear about Niagara, I had good luck there. But it's definitely possible.

Wow. As soon as I clicked it, my free Avast anti-virus picked it up, and gave a warning. It gave an option to abort the connection, which of course, I did.
