Just purchased the Warrior plans and it has a lot of great information. These are the most in depth plans that I have purchased so far. The design consists of triple disc brakes. Only thing I see missing is how to hook up disc brakes on three wheels to two handbrakes. I know the Street Fox plans has this information but if you don’t have a copy of those plans then you have no idea on how to hook them up. Might be some thing to add to the Warrior plans, just my 2 cents.

Also on page 7, line two, the word "Tubing" is spelled as "cubing".

Brake levers that operate 2 cables are available for about 10 bucks. Or you could search these forums for other ideas. There are several ways that some of us tackled two brakes on one lever.

Nice link to the handbrake! I just think that it would be good to shown what it looks like and also how to hook them up. Typically the left brake handle is the front wheel so the double should be on the left side, correct?. Also a bit more info on the shifter. Like I said earlier that these plans are the most detailed that I have seen yet. Just thought they could use more info for peolple who don't have any other plans.

P.S. Keep up the good work Brad! I still want to see plans for an old high wheel bike.

Brad will we be able to get a revision for those of us that already have the plans?

You are allowed to download the plans 4 times, so you should be able to download the revised plans with no problem. :)

When we get to Rev 5.0 ????

To be safe I download a set at work, and at home, and a backup on another machine...so I'm down to the last! It's all good! Just hope the 60 days doesn't run out...

I did not mean to imply there is going to be a revision. The "2 into 1" lever photo I will post here or in the parts section when I find a few sources.

Non critical errors like typos I do when time allows and bandwidth is happy, but unless something is seriously wrong like 45 degrees being 54 degrees, I just fix them when I can.

I found a few small typos in other builds, and will probably fine-tooth comb over all of them during the winter holidays.

Thanks,
Brad

Brad - I know you will make corrections as needed for future downloads. How about a "Addendum" section in the AZ blog for simple corrections. We can then simply download or copy the info and insert it in our printed copies.

They will be posted in the appropriate project threads for sure.

All is well then!! You guys do great book work for mechanics!!

All of my college papers went through both my wife (English major, member: National English Honor Society) and my MIL: Reading and English teacher, currently and editor for BSF International (http://www.bsfinternational.org). I always got A's except for when it came to those programming classes! :1eye:

Brad & KoolKat,

Kudos for the way you organise , and print the plans!

"To err is Human, to forgive is Divine" The typos are there to prove that you are still human after all the pressure we put you under to get these plans, and if you will forgive us lesser bike building mortals for being soooooo picky, then truely you are in the Divine category of master bike engineers!

Brad is there anyway we can see a picture of the bottom of the trike like you have in the newsletter? That picture of the frame upside down with the handbrake runs and steering is a great picture and explains a lot of things.

Again, awesome plans as always. Now this is the one I want to build ASAP!

If you've built one of his bikes ... like the DeltaWolf ... then don't sweat the little spelling glitches ... just build the darn thing! I'm sure you can sort this out ... the angles are all there ... enough fotos to clarify what he is attempting to say ... One read thru and I'll be cutting tubing by morning ... all other projects are going on hold!!! :-P
