One thing I always need before I start a project is my cut list, with as complete a set of information as possible. It's important to have every tool and part ready to go before the next work session.

I am in the process of writing one up for "as in the PDF" for the Warrior, so I can begin to order parts. It was a surprise not to find one in the plan!

I won't post it here, to help preserve value of the PDFs, but would like very much to double check my reference sheet for completeness.

All I'm going to say is that steel comes in standard 20' lengths, which will leave adequate extra.

Please feel free to PM me if you need to cross-check your list, and I'd like to double check my own.

Welcome to AZ rebuilt!

Even though you spend hours/days/weeks etc trying to sort out your cut list, as soon as you walk into the actual store to purchase your required cuts, you will change your mind, and think of some wonderful way of modifying the design you want to build, so I offer some prudent advise; do a rough cut list, to make sure that you have enough material for the basics, and then become friendly with the person serving you, cos you will be seeing him again & again, when you have 6" left and you need 9" to finish something, or you want to see if something else would look better on your new bike.

All the best, and don't over-think things or you will never get started

I still need to have tools, parts, and stock in before I can start, everything has to be ordered.
I'm not going to go nuts, but I'm also not planning on too many mods.

The wheels will be overbuilt, and the frame will be gussetted for a sturdy rider, the seat will be mounted very slightly differently, and the derailer post in the front will have a tool/light bar accessory. That's about the extent of it.

However, when the steel only comes in one length, and has to be ordered a month in advance, I have to have my ducks in a row!
