I broke down and bought some bends and then welded them together.. in my excitement to be making progress I went ahead and welded them to the pitchfork. I think it is to long

Yours might be a little longer than mine, but not by too much. These are older photos of the frame once I got it to a rolling stage. I need to take some new photos.
Figure out your seat and backrest before you cut it down, that might save cutting more than once. It looks good though! -taytayou812-http:////farm3.static.flickr.com/2633/3912257519_d63dcffe44.jpg

Here's the other photo. I did something a little different for the rear wheels. I had steel plates cut, then welded them on my axle, drilled them for my bolt pattern, then welded the studs in place. That way I can put the wheels on just like a car.-taytayou812-http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2524/3913045346_ec8fde0a10.jpg

Thank you Both for the replies.
i think i am just worried. I have not made much more progress lately as i am using my home build Gasoline powered weldernator at Work to build heavy steel awning to keep us from getting killed when the snow comes off our hanger in the spring. I finally have a day off tomorrow and i am hoping to get the last wheel laced and the bearing mounts installed So i can make some final descisions and start on the fun stuff

I made 'em removeable, in case I ever wanted to install different ones with a different size bolt pattern.

Finally got me a Piece of all thread and welded them to the bearing mount plates and bolted my bearings on..... if I just had some inner tubes I would have enough of the back end to finish the front end !

if it quits raining I may post some more pictures.

PS this thing continues to be assembled with my home made welder,
and i continue to get better with it I might even post a picture of some beads I have run eventually!
