Any one have a line on a rear shock that is not $200 plus dollars, that could be used for rear of a tadpole. The cheap ones you see for MTB, are not really shocks, just springs, consequently, when hitting bumps...with no dampening...you get wheel chatter.

Got a broken front loading washing machine?
They have 3 good quality shockers in them, that you could zombify to work with the MTB springs

Look for someone on Craigslist parting out an old motorcycle or ATV. I picked up 2 from a crashed Suzuki 250 for $25 for my yet unfinished gokart for my kids. While your at it, see if you can talk them out of the frame or tripletree for your next chopper project!
Any smallish dirt bike or ATV will do.
