Getting ready to put the chain on my lwb bent, watched a couple vids on youtube they all use different methods for setup whats the best way to set one? I will have a idler pulley to include will that be a problem?

Unless you have an excessive massive front/rear sprocket combination, eg 52/44, wrap the chain around both of the largest sprockets/idlers/etc making sure you go through the De'rs, pull tight, and mark where the ends meet, making sure that it is a common link you are joining on small link joins to small link, and then give it an extra link, so that it can "climb" over the teeth on the sprockets when changing up gears.

Measure three times before breaking, and break once before joining! :jester:

Think I've posted this link before. This is the method I use and it works perfectly.

You're welcome dave,

That's what this forum is all about. Helping each other and building great bikes. You will love that Marauder once you get used to it.
