The seat on the DW is way too low. Here it was, almost ready for testing, when I found my condition deteriorated to the point that it's just too hard to sit that low. A month ago, the seat height was okay. I did some more testing, and if I raise the seat and change the angle of the front head tube to match the steering tube, should be okay. I thought the angles matched, but I must have forgot to double check after I tack welded the head tube. These changes will take the least amount of time.
The seat needs to be about 6" higher, and even with the higher center of gravity, the trike doesn't feel tippy. If I just raise the seat and keep it in the same position relative to the rear wheels, everything should be hunky dory. I hope I didn't wake any neighbors up doing this stuff past midnight, but I'd never be able to get to sleep if I had to wait until daylight to check it out. I also thought the main boom was too short, but I tested it earlier with super short cranks. When I put the BB setup with 150mm cranks on the boom, there was enough to bolt it on.

That looks great! Your seat really looks comfy. I STILL have problems in that area. Can't seem to build one I like, & buying them is expen$ive! It STILL comes down to not being able to locate the right seat foam, after all this time! :(
Are those your 20s on the rear? Hard to tell from the angle of the pic. Looks good, at any rate!

Those are 26" all around. The front is from the donor bike for the Streetfox.
