Bought my wheels, brakes, chains, pillow block bearings,Tie rod ends.
Decided since im a big man I am not using anything but head tubes,
and maybe a rear cassette and some shifters from my junk bike pile.
Thanks for the headsup on Thebigbearingstore. Got my 6 3/4" pillow block bearings there and the tie rod ends for like 65 bucks.
Took me awhile to find the 5/8" and 3/4" they put them on like page 3 of the ucp200 series would of thought they would have been on first page.
Bought 6 of the P.B.B. cause figured id need 2 to build my truing stand lol.
Will be starting my build Monday as the Fastenal shop is closed now.
Have to buy all new metal cause i have no scrap anymore.
Just moved last month and i got rid of all of it LMAO
I took a nap cause i was up all night ordering parts lol.
Oh the huffy bike store, that I said was broken, their ordering system will be fixed monday.
And if you need something metal and cant find it local might look here they got just about everything in metal.
I could have ordered all my metal there, and shipping would have been only 20 bucks.
But just got a few items fastenal does not carry.

If you wanna see a 'lot of money'

The DW has a lot of similarities to a Hase ( http://www.hasebikes.com/29-1-kettwiesel.html )

I bought a lot of parts but I'm around $400 in costs. Just need to get the energy to finish it.

I'll be around 400 myself maybe closer to 500 still got to buy my tubing and other steel. Got evrything else i need but some new shifter cables I think.
And yeah the reason im building mine is the 1000 to 5000 buck price tags on recumbents.

The final tally on my DeltaWolf is $266.00 including welding wire, grinding discs, primer and paint, plus a LOT of scrounging and recycling junk bikes.

A well-stocked junk pile will keep your costs down. I grab anything that looks like it might come in handy for future builds....bed frames, trashed exercise equipment and, of course, road kill bikes. Everything has a purpose.

Yeah wish i hadn't just moved i had all the stuff i needed in my pole barn.
Sold most of my tools and All of my equipment.
Had over 4 tons of scrap steel i took to the scrap yard got 90 bucks a ton. Now 20 feet of 2 inch tube is more than that OMFG......

I love "road kill bikes"! Nobody wants the bent, twisted dump frames, so I take the grinder to 'em, reducing the frames to botoom brackets, head tubes, dropouts, etc, then pack 'em in many buckets for later use.
