I found an On-line machine site where you can design the parts and the submit the order online.

The can produce the parts at about $25 each if you order a mess of them, and I didn't really know what I was doing setting it up so I am sure that can be lowered quite a bit.
Same thing for the Freewheel/Brake Hub.
Anyone interested in heading up a bulk purchase?
(Not me, I got burned on the last few I tried to set up)
The wheel hubs and the Brake/Freewheel and tough parts for me...

25$ for one flange -- that's a wee bit to steep for this guy. Will be doing a BGC special on the next build.
