As I don't really have good access to stuff I went online...surprise surprise.
There is a online machine shop that gives you a cad program with built in pricing on their machines. You design the part, and submit it.
www.emachineshop.com (http://www.emachineshop.com)
I got the price on the Wheel hub down to about $25 each if I ordered 20+ of them...
And I really didn't know what I was doing. If someone who knows what they are doing about selecting materials and tools tried this I am sure they could really lower the price to a couple of bucks a piece.
I am happy to email anyone the work files for the Wheel hub and the Freewheel/brake hubs to work with, but they are really easy to create from scratch.
