Meridian kickstand

Has anyone made a kickstand for the Meridian? Where did you mount it?

I was thinking of purchasing one of the back racks and modifying to serve a dual purpose. I am going to change the mount so that while upright it would serve as a fender and rack for my backpack, then when unloaded I could swivel it down under the tire to serve as the stand. I am looking for a quick connect option for the when it is upright and I will then mount that to the back pillar of the bike. I am still working on the design for the legs and I will finish the design as soon as I can complete the Meridian.

If anyone has ideas for this please let me know.
