Neato. Watching the master team at work. One thing your video reminded me of (in the part where you make the hole for the head tube) is that absolute precision is not necessary for many of the steps; the welder will fill in the gaps.

What do you do if Sasquatch taps back on the trailer wall?

I've always liked that can opener method. Great to see it in a video.

Really enjoyed the videos. As I'd previously said it should encourage those who are feeling that it is too difficult
or they don't have the equipment.
Seeing you working under primitive conditions might give them the heart to have a go.

Had to laugh about the bears although I guess its no laughing matter to confront one.
Do you really have them round there? Think I'd be carrying some bear bangers or a loaded gun or something.

On a different note. I was looking at a map by a Canadian cyclist doing an around the world tour and saw Thunder Bay.
So now I know roughly where you are.
