Just a few welding touchups and then it's off to the paintshop (AKA- the garden in the backyard).

It was a good day - actually go the first coat of paint on 3 hours after this photo was taken. LodeRunner will be street ready tomorrow afternoon!

Looks like you went all out with the boat seat. Those swivel mounts cost some bucks around here, so I passed on 'em when I built the quad. Now that I see it, maybe I'll re-upholster mine with cloth. I already ground down the folding mechanism for a more comfortable riding position. Maybe I'll even spring for the swivel for easy mounting and dismounting. It reminds me of the old GM cars in the seventies with the bucket seats that spun around and threw your ass out the car.

Thanks! Real men ride Macho trikes - woohoo! (I told you I seen a lot of paint fumes today).
The boat seat cost me $50 bucks at the hardware store, and the swivel was hacked to make a great mounting system...

This made it very easy to select that perfect angle for the seat. A little more hacking, and it could have been made adjustable, but I did not see the need.

Looking good Brad -- I like the seat but not the colour -- for that price and comfort level I could live with it!
Looking forward to the video with the heavy haul test. :D
Are you going to put an assist on this one.
