Well, for all intents and purposes, it is done. Of course these kind of things are never 100% "done" but I've reached a point where I can ride it and its comfortable and I enjoy it.
My son already wanted one. My wife and daughter want one now, too! So, I have some building to do! I'm hoping the next builds will go a LOT faster, as I know what to do and what not to do etc.

These were taken Saturday evening after final assembly.
As noted it'll never be 100% done but right now it just needs some longer cables and housing, and it needs handlebar grips, the mirror, the rear rack, and front fender. Then I have to add lighting and am considering building a generator out of a stepper motor to keep the lighting batteries charged.
Thanks for everyones help! This project has been a huge success. On to the next (three!)
