Well, for all intents and purposes, it is done. Of course these kind of things are never 100% "done" but I've reached a point where I can ride it and its comfortable and I enjoy it.

My son already wanted one. My wife and daughter want one now, too! So, I have some building to do! I'm hoping the next builds will go a LOT faster, as I know what to do and what not to do etc.

Here's pics!

These were taken Saturday evening after final assembly.

As noted it'll never be 100% done but right now it just needs some longer cables and housing, and it needs handlebar grips, the mirror, the rear rack, and front fender. Then I have to add lighting and am considering building a generator out of a stepper motor to keep the lighting batteries charged.

Thanks for everyones help! This project has been a huge success. On to the next (three!)

Nice work!

I bet you can ride no hands on that. Oops, did I suggest a bad idea?

Lookin' good in the neighborhood...!!

It sounds like you'll be spending lots of time behind the welder's mask building a few more for the family...!!

Ride On...!!

You're fast becoming a meridian robot. You should be able to build the last one in your sleep. Great job. I like the color scheme.

Thanks guys :)

I'm already considering how to build my next 3. I think I'll be able to do it a LOT faster this time. I don't know if I want to build 3 more, or give this one to my wife and build myself a different bike altogether for my next project.

Looks good, man! So, how long did that dude end up being? Looks like about 8 feet.
