I really like how your seat stay goes all the way through the boom like that, does the chainstay do the same way?

What kinda of metal did you use for that Chrome Moly or just steel? Any more info you can give us on what you used to bend them?

Hello David and all friends,
I commented: the main body using structural pipe 1.5" 1.6 mm. Thick. Arms also supporting wheels. Posterior triangle For use structural pipe 3/4" 1.6 mm thick and the barrel near the chain pipe use 7/8 "thick and 1.6 mm. thick. All MIG welded wire of 0.6 mm. diameter. Purchase a manual pipe bender http://jorgecarisio.com.ar/producto.html CARISIO mark my country and learned to bend drawing page information http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/bendin_tube/index.html
or now all very simple. The previous trike weighed 30 kg. and it weighs 19.8 kg.

hi, it is very comfortable the seat at 40 degrees is correct to run, the next proyect is built the same body but in aluminium!!! first I have to learn to use my tig welder and essentially buy the 6061 is not an easy thing in my country. Carlos Daniel

Like the seat design very strong but light looking at picture. If I may would like to copy the seat design for my build. Also the rest of the trike is awesome. Hope to see your aluminium build when ready.

With Regards

Rather than attach it as an attachment - Copy the link and post it. Herei is an Example:
http://www.atomiczombie.com/

We can then click on it. A Control -C after highlighting usually works with most internet browsers.
