Lol found those many weeks ago.
Did not realize any one wanted them.
They don't seem much wider than a normal hub though.
Just 14mm axles.

Tht'd work fine for front wheels on a tadpole. For rear wheels on a delta, a plate with 3 pins gets welded to the axle, the pins fit in those 3 holes in the hub. It gets nutted in place. Unless you want to use a 14mm axle in the rear, you'd have to find bearings that fit in that race. Even Miami Sun, which uses the same type of hubs, went from a 5/8" axle (16mm) to a 15mm axle. Apparently, they were trying to save costs, but felt 14mm would be too weak. Miami sun uses flange bearings on the idle side, which can be 15mm, 5/8", or 3/4". On the drive side, they use delrin bushings to center the axle in the hub. There's no need for bearings on the drive side. The races in the Sun wheels are 1 3/8" to take the flange bearings.
I saw those hubs on Choppers U.S. a long time ago, but they didn't look like they could take a larger bearing, so I basically ignored them. Upon a closer look however, they seem to have flange bearings, so they may be able to work with the larger axles.
