Hello, received the BBB book a few months ago, have been collecting various bike parts via Council Cleanups (if you are a rate payer you are entotled to 2 Council cleanups a year ie placing all your unwanted rubbish on the roadside ready for the Garbage Truck). Great source of all types of frames, wheels etc.
Anyhow back to the matter in hand I started to cut parts to fit the 20 inch frame ready for the Kool Kat.Then I saw the Bandito and I thought wow thats next. Started this weekend to weld parts together (well got the father in law to do it) started using an ancient compak stick welder which burnt a hole through the piping.Managed to oxy weld a repair job on the holes and carried onto the finished front tube and boom tube.Looks good so far, once completed will upload some pic's.
Cheers

hi buster way cool bike but just one thing i built one of those bikes about 10 years ago they work great just dont hit any potholes real hard as it will fold the frount forks back towords the frame. i solved this problem by using a set of suspenshion froks from a 20inch mountain bike.( the roads are crap up here in townsville queensland ) but it works fine. have fun
