Other than the ramp jumps, I didn't know that was trick riding. I thought it was what happened when you forget how much you weigh.

Nice! That's the kind of stuff I did to this thing while testing to see how well the 14mm BMX wheels would hold up...

Joey - they're basically people riding trikes in a fashion that resembles the handling characteristics of your last project. You don't have to watch them - you lived them.

So in answer to my question:

As the Street Fighter will be my first project, I'm wondering if I can avoid the whole building my own hub thing? I see that Richie Rich used elongated hubs for his project. The main question is do I just need to widen the hubs for better lateral stability? If so I can then use the same bolt type system you used if I widen the 'standard' hub? It seems to me this would be a better route for me to take as opposed to building the whole thing.

Can I just use the 14mm BMX hubs on the axle as is?

Do I have a good understanding of the situation?
