View Full Version : Converting 1-piece crank to 3-piece

My trike had a one piece crank, and was due for a stripdown & regrease, but couldn't be bothered with all that, so decided to convert to three piece.

The DMR wondercups are very easy to install, and the new cranks are 140mm length, with 40T sprocket - just what I wanted. They're a 'no-name' brand and seem perfectly OK. The sealed BB is a Halfords cheapie, and again seems good enough for the job. New pedals also, lots of grip compared to the old resin ones....
