With all the discussions on electric assist, how would one go about adding this to the SF? I like the hub motors (http://www.electricrider.com/crystalyte/index.htm), but that would seem impractical on this design.

Any other options?

I actually designed the SF with a rear motor in mind, which is the reason for the 3/4 axles. After I get the time to add the full fairing, I will probably add a 24 volt 1500 watt motor with a belt drive reduction system. I am thinking about a unit that will unbolt from the rear frame completely when I want pure human power.

The motor I used on Sparky Minibike will be the one.

Actually, I plan to post the motor add on and construction of the body as a mini plan on the site, just like the under seat steering mod for the DeltaWolf. Think of it like an addon for the StreetFighter.

Although I almost always follow through on all plans, this one will be many months away, but I do intend to do it eventually.

Been so busy lately that next summer or fall may be the time for body construction.
