Is that really a 51mm (2.00 inch) bolt circle on the freehub adapter? The Kyoto plans spec a 51mm circle and my solid model looks weird compared to the picture when I use this dimension. The model puts the bolt holes much farther out on the flange. An internet search doesn't provide any details on the standard IS 6 bolt circle.

Is very close only because I used a 2.5 inch round washer for my brake adapter and the IS standard bolt circle was almost dead nuts in the center between the inner and outer circle.

Get your discs first if you have any doubts. You'll have to get them sooner or later. I have a Tektro disc in front of me that measures 50mm from the ouside of the holes. It measures 45mm on center.

I figured that the 51mm 'standard' was one of those variable standards. I found some nice Avid BB7 160mm disc brakes that ought to do the trick.

I Just measured the disc brakes I received and the bolt circle is indeed 44mm. I also confirmed this via the web. 44mm translates to 1.7325", by the way. Word to The Kid!
