been buying from HF at $7 each for 40 grit.

hopefully they last longer than the HF discs.

The zirconia flap disc seem to last the longest of flap disks I have used from them but they are a little more. But they are recommended for Stainless and Aluminum.
They have a nice range from 40 to 120 grit as well. And the Cut off disc are inexpensive and last pretty good. But I learned how to use a cutting wheel and they last even longer.
