Gear-train selection is progressing well.
Looking like a low of around 8" and a high of around 86" according to my spreadsheet model.
This is all theoretical as "wrong-gear Clarke" has an innate and unfathomable ability to be in the wrong gear at the wrong time, every-time.
Unfortunately, the bike already weighs a ton (figuratively) as the construction has many "robust" elements that are incorporated to ensure that critical failures are almost an impossibility, and it can only get heavier.
Thankfully I am not planning on picking it up and carrying it except when loading and unloading it into a vehicle.
