Is anyone out there manufacturing the freewheel and disc brake adapters for 3/4" rear axles, and willing to sell them?

they are easy to make DIY
a steel washer, a 3/4" steel sprocket and a 5mm tap.
Have made numerious brake and freewheel adapters.
For the freewheel adapters, just weld the freewheel end of a hub (the hubs are in three pressed pieces) and weld to a 3/4" steel sprocket. when purchasing the washers (1.25ID) get a sprocket with same size to aid in alignment. I have several pics posted over the years here on AZ.
good luck
It rains almost every day here in Washington but it isn't as COLD as Idaho
There was a supplier in Arizona that sold 15mm freewheel adapters , 3 of these could solve your problems, machine to the id of your choice and fit rotors with the screw on adapters.
Alternatively I used a 20mm EN51 axle and outboard discs using 20mm hubs on my quadem project . This was very effective but entailed making a modified collar to mount the freewheel and to lock one of the hubs.

It can't rain all the time
