It's the perm damage that's a real pain. Temp pain is no biggie.

Here is the kingpin jig before with king pin ready for welding

I used 3/4" sq tubing for the brake support tubes. I will be using rim breaks for now, I will cut it down whenever I get disc breaks

I had a problem with positive camber, so instead of cutting the cross-members off and going through the headache of re-aligning and reattaching them I just cut a small slit on three sides then bent and re-welded them Problem fixed.

Not able to do much on it since SWMBO gave me a honey-do list. I built the seat and bought the steering assembly stuff.

I couldn't find pulley's that were the right size to route my chain so I took a cheap plastic cutting board and a bunch of different size hole saws and this is what I came up with

I put small pieces of angle iron on both sides of the BB to make it more stable

I used the bar extensions to make steering limits for my handlebars

I welded some of the cable stops to the bike and ran cables to the front and rear derailleurs
I mounted the rear brake like kevinp did on his "First zombie build".

I finally finished my trike and took it for a short ride around the neighborhood, its to cold for a long ride. Overall I am quite pleased with my first build. I do have one problem I will fix when the weather is more agreeable, I get wheel flop if I turn to much to the right. I should of followed Brad's instructions instead of swagging it, especially on my first build.
