One of my helmets has a panel, but I don't think the batteries they supply with the are rechargeable, I will look into this too. Still, having either option is better than having it fail when you have looked forwards to a good old "workshop session". :)

Yes indeed! The "dive across into oncoming traffic" behaviour was really off-putting. To fix it we shortened the rear half of the trike's main keel behind the pivot. It seemed as if the pivot was so friction-free that the riders weight was enough to allow the trike to bend in the middle down...

Paul, While stating the blindingly obvious...Seat mount(s) base and rear will both have to be on the wobbly-bit so it can tilt along with the PPP and the front triangle as a single unit. Tilt-limiters (if required) could be easily fitted to the non-wobbly-bit so it only tilts "so-far" and then...

I can see how NOT having steering input from bars on the front triangle would be very "unnerving". As an amateur Python-Pilot I find that they are essential to my peace of mind. :) But gentle pressure on the fixed-bars and leaning is what makes it tilt so I guess it is a must. Unless you can...
