Shame there aren't more details , it looks like repurposed commercial items rather than a lathe and CNC fest

Zero road tax.
The National Traction Engine Trust are deterring steam conversions, I would guess this would raise their eyebrows too.
I bet that boiler never got a certificate.
Notice he changed the cylinders to twin longer strokes at the end. Probably ran out of steam going up hills.
Sad to waste the Volkswagen cylinders.
Notice the standard car hoses and jubilee clips, oh er!
But nice to see what can be done without restrictions and safety nets, brave man, seems to know what he is doing?!
Not a very good eco footprint though.
Enjoyed it still. May have a go at making a model steam turbine engine one day.
The holes, I guess are for air supply to the fire, first requirement. Safety venting, is just collateral I think.
