I recently found an electric tracked vehicle to pull a toboggan at mtt136yvonmartel.com.
Buy a MTT-154 and a 5 KWh lithium-ion battery for (yeah, Only!) $18,600 CAD each.
They have mounted two units side by side

Add an enclosed cabin for two adults /space for groceries. Super transport to town in the deep snow!
Many examples of Track Sleds, using recycled snowmobile tracks with 6 to 13 HP gas engines on YT.
Use a motor to drive each track, or use a differential to drive both tracks, independent brakes to steer.
